How do I schedule an appointment?

Call 201-514-5015 or book online. Your first step is a complimentary 20-45 minute phone consultation where we discuss your needs and determine the best treatment approach.

No referral is required.
Valid photo ID, current medication list with dosages, and any relevant medical records.
Yes. For ketamine therapy, you must bring someone to drive you home.

Insurance and Payment

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance or Medicare for most services. TMS therapy may be covered when medical necessity criteria are met. We can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement ($50 fee for detailed forms).
Credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at time of service.
IV ketamine therapy is $395 per session for mental health and $1,000 per session for pain management. Other service pricing is provided during your consultation.

Treatment Questions

How do I choose between treatments?

We’ll recommend the best option during your consultation based on your symptoms, health goals, and medical history.

Yes. Many treatments like IV vitamin therapy, NAD+, and hormone optimization can be safely combined and may enhance results.
IV ketamine is a 40-minute intravenous infusion. IM ketamine is an intramuscular injection. SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray that requires REMS program enrollment.
Never discontinue medications without consulting your prescribing physician. Our treatments typically integrate with existing care.

Safety and Eligibility

Am I a candidate if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

It depends on the specific treatment. We evaluate each case individually with safety as the priority.

Our treatments are for adults 18 and older. Minors require parental consent and careful evaluation.
TMS therapy is contraindicated with certain metallic implants in or near the head. Other treatments are generally unaffected. We review all implants during your health screening.

Session Details

How long are treatment sessions?
  • IV vitamin infusions: 30-60 minutes
  • IV ketamine (mental health): 1.5-2 hours total visit
  • IV ketamine (pain): Up to 5 hours total visit
  • NAD+ therapy: 90 minutes to several hours
  • TMS therapy: 20-40 minutes per session
You can drive immediately after IV vitamins, NAD+, TMS, and hormone treatments. For ketamine therapy, you cannot drive for 24 hours and must bring someone to drive you home.
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
For most treatments, yes. Ketamine therapy patients should take the rest of the day off for recovery.
